1Eligibility and Registration

To open and maintain a ba999e account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ba999e enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all real-money gaming and betting activities on the platform.
• You are a natural person accessing the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, syndicate, or organisation when placing bets or playing games.

ba999e reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including national identification cards, passport copies, utility bills, or payment method verification screenshots, to confirm that the above eligibility criteria are met. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

2Account Opening and Management

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain exactly one (1) ba999e account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment method details, IP addresses, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ba999e reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any balances, cancel any pending withdrawals, and permanently bar the individual from the platform.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and kept current. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. ba999e is not liable for any loss suffered as a result of inaccurate account information provided by the player.

You must keep your password and any two-factor authentication credentials strictly confidential. You must notify ba999e support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person. ba999e will never contact you by any channel to request your account password.

3Deposits and Payment Methods

ba999e accepts deposits via the following methods for players based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. ba999e does not charge any processing fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which ba999e accepts no responsibility.

• Deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• ba999e may request documentary evidence that the payment method belongs to you before processing a withdrawal.
• Deposits are credited to your ba999e wallet balance in real time or within a few minutes depending on the payment method used.
• ba999e reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to the originating payment method if the deposit is suspected to be fraudulent, made in error, or in breach of these Terms.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are not currently accepted on the ba999e platform.

4Withdrawals and Payout Processing

The minimum withdrawal amount from your ba999e account is ৳200. ba999e does not charge a withdrawal processing fee on any supported payment method. Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by ba999e's compliance team following a formal account review.

• Withdrawal requests submitted to bKash and Nagad are typically processed and delivered within 15 to 60 minutes of approval for fully verified accounts.
• Bank transfers may take up to one (1) to three (3) Bangladesh Standard Time business days to reflect in the recipient account.
• ba999e reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.
• Withdrawals may be withheld, delayed, or declined where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

5Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the ba999e platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, user interface, graphics, game integrations, promotional materials, written content, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of ba999e or its licensed third-party providers. Nothing in these Terms grants the player any right, licence, or interest in any intellectual property belonging to ba999e or its partners.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, display, or commercially exploit any part of the ba999e platform or its content without the prior express written consent of ba999e. Unauthorised use of ba999e intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ba999e and its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, game providers, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ba999e platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes — all wagers are made at the player's own risk.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures beyond ba999e's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security.

12Account Closure and Termination

Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

ba999e reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform. ba999e's decisions on disputes relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, wagering requirement calculations, and account management are final and binding, subject only to demonstrable technical error on the part of ba999e. Players retain any statutory rights they may have under applicable consumer protection legislation that cannot be excluded by contract.

14Amendments to These Terms

ba999e reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ba999e will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent on-platform notification. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections, clarifications, or formatting updates) may be made without prior notice. The date shown in the "Effective" chip at the top of this page will always reflect the date on which the current version of these Terms came into force. Your continued use of the ba999e platform after any revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15Entire Agreement and Severability

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any promotion-specific terms published on the ba999e platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and ba999e with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
